I enjoyed presenting my positions and hearing the concerns and questions of interested voters of Southern Prince George's and Charles Counties. I also greatly appreciated the donation made by the Club to my campaign. They also provided a great dinner! :-)

I was advised yesterday by the organizers of this event that, due to unforeseen circumstances, they have canceled this event. I am disappointed that this important segment of our electorate will not have the opportunity to hear their candidates for the U.S. Senate present their positions and hear the concerns of these voters. I hope that this event is rescheduled and I encourage the voters of the area to seek out other events where they can meet the candidates.

I was honored to participate in a Senatorial Candidate Forum last night hosted by the First Baptist Church of Glenarden. I was the only Republican Candidate present, despite all 7 having been invited. A crowd of several hundred concerned voters of Prince George's County were in attendance, with several thousand others watching via livestream, listening to the positions of the 3 Democrat Candidates and me...the lone Republican on the stage.
